Jack should appear as one GTM engineer. Internally, he uses bounded tools for Slack context, docs, transcripts, prospect research, approvals, and Cloudflare-native job orchestration.
Runtime shape
TanStack Start serves the app on Workers. Custom Worker handlers accept Slack events, queue work, and run scheduled checks.
Control shape
No-gos are enforced at the tool boundary. Internal drafts are low risk; customer contact and permanent writes require approval.
